Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law seeks an outstanding lawyer/educator/scholar to join its faculty. We welcome applications from candidates across all areas of law.
This tenure-track faculty position will be filled at the Assistant/Associate Professor level depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities
Teach courses in areas of interest and expertise, subject to the needs of the Law School.
Conduct scholarly research, publication, and related scholarly activities.
Provide service to the Law School, University, profession, and community.
Juris Doctor is required.
Outstanding teaching ability is required.
Outstanding scholarly potential is required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
A strong record of scholarly publications is preferred.
Teaching experience is preferred.
Substantial experience in the practice of law or a graduate degree in another field is preferred.
