    Position overview Position title: Assistant Professor of Law
    Salary range: The current salary range for this position is $189,900 -$310,300 (9-month academic year salary), however, off-scale salary and other components of pay, which would yield compensation that is higher than this range, are offered to meet competitive conditions.

    Berkeley Law invites applications from untenured lateral candidates for full-time, tenure-track faculty positions. We welcome applications from scholars writing in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, including but not limited to the study of the legal system, how it relates to crimes, and the consequences that best enforce the law.
