Bryant is currently recruiting for an Adjunct teaching opportunity for the Spring, 2019 semester in the area of Law of Financial Institutions. This course focuses on the study of the laws and regulations that govern U.S. financial institutions and the federal agencies that regulate those institutions. Topics include the creation and actions of the monetary system and capital markets; the evolution of the regulation of financial institutions; and current issues and challenges that regulators and institutions face going forward. The course focuses in particular on the provisions of the Dodd Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010.
