COVID-19 and Flu Vaccination Requirement

In concert with our healthcare partner Loyola Medicine’s requirement, full-time and part-time Faculty and Staff that are based at the Health Sciences Campus are required to complete the primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine and an annual influenza vaccine. An exemption for a qualified medical or religious reason may be submitted for review by completing and submitting a Vaccination Exemption Form along with the appropriate documentation to support the request. If an exemption is not granted, the primary series of the COVID-19 and (annual) Flu vaccines is required. More information is available on the Vaccine Recommendations and Requirements website.

Clery Act

By October 1 of each year, the University releases the Clery Act Safety Bulletin. The report contains crime statistics from the previous year as well as safety information and policies. In addition, the material helps everyone in the Loyola community to better understand policies, procedures, programs, training, etc., in regards to campus crime and crime prevention.
