Expertise: The law of the voluntary sector, the law of gift, administrative law and regulation, religious freedom, comparative law, and human rights and legal pluralism. My work has been published in journals such as the Canadian Bar Review, the Canadian Tax Journal, and the South African Journal of Human Rights. In 2013-14, I will be teaching Constitutional Law, Succession and Estate Planning, and the Voluntary Sector and the Law (Charities)
