This position is for an entry-level or lateral, tenure-track faculty position. There is no restriction on the candidate’s research and teaching interests, but the successful candidate will be expected to teach the two-semester Contracts course.
 
  Minimum Required Qualifications
 
  • JD from an ABA Accredited Law School, or a foreign law school equivalent;
  • Must provide evidence of the potential for engaging in high quality research and teaching.
